Shipping Policy

Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a 7-day return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, and should fall under the reasons below.
1) Defective or Incorrect Items: We offer free replacements for items with manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered. To claim, please send a message detailing the product defects or issues, along with photo proof and order number/invoice copy, to our support team via WhatsApp at +919974548248 or email at ______@darzidecor.com. Once we verify the details and approve the replacement, our support team will assist you with the process.
2) Other Return Reasons: For returns due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size order, wanting to exchange the colour or print, or product exchange, we offer a return or exchange service with applicable Courier Charges. The return will be collected from your doorstep and the exchanged item will be delivered to your doorstep. However, please note that the exchange is not immediate. You will receive the exchanged item only after we have received the returned item.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of forward shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 working days. In case of any failure to refund on the original payment mode, we will ask for your UPI or Bank Transfer Details to credit the refund.

Others: Orders that are out for delivery cannot be cancelled. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we ask for your understanding in these situations. If an order is cancelled due to delayed delivery, a refund will be initiated once the package is marked as returning to the seller.
