Shipping Policy

• We aim to dispatch all orders, including customized ones, within 24–48 hours.

• Shipments are handled by our trusted partner ShipRocket.

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email once dispatched.

• Standard delivery times are 5–7 working days within India (may vary due to unforeseen circumstances).

• All orders are shipped from Surat, Gujarat.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from delivery date. If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Returns are accepted only under the conditions below:

1) Defective or Incorrect Items

• Free replacement is offered if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

• Please share product details, photos/videos, and your invoice/order number with our support team via WhatsApp (+91 8460088248) or email (info@darzidecor.com).

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2) Other Return Reasons

• Returns/exchanges are not available for reasons like wrong size order, colour, or print preference.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3) Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Used or washed items

• Discounted / sale items

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after returned products are received and inspected.

• Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items.

• No refunds will be issued for returns/exchanges requested due to wrong size order, colour, or print preference.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–4 working days.

• If refund via original method fails, we may request your UPI or Bank account details for transfer.

• Refunds will not be issued to third-party accounts.

Delay in Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check with your bank or card provider (processing delays are common).

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• Orders delayed due to courier or unforeseen reasons cannot be cancelled while in transit. If a delivery attempt fails and the order returns to us, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is undelivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the issue at info@darzidecor.com or +91 8460088248.

• Please provide photos/videos of the damaged package.

Fraudulent Claims

Darzi Decor reserves the right to deny returns/refunds/exchanges if fraudulent or abusive claims are detected.
